Hand Cut Premium Aged Ribeye
This ribeye for Chillfire is one of tthe best steaks I have ever had. It was cooked to perfection and the butter and smoked salt on top was a perfect touch! 10/10 recommend this steak! Not only was the steak amazing but the staff was excellent and so helpful!
"Poutine" - Beefy Cheese Fries
It's similar to the real thing, could use a little more gravy but filling and delicious.
Steak Flight 3 Tenderloin Medallions
Tenderloin medallions are delicious. Cooked perfectly and I love the variety- made three ways! We also had angry lobster. I must say I prefer the sauce that they used to be served with over honey mustard. Honey mustard does not seem like it goes with lobster. Maybe you would consider bringing the remoulade sauce back! Overall we love the restaurant and the service is always good.
Braised Boneless Short Rib of Beef
While none of chillfire's food ever disappoints, this dish is superb! Hard from me to stray from this dish any time we visit! Also, the Shanghai shrimp is a must try!
Blackened Chicken Alfredo
Great pasta, the chicken is for spice lovers! Great portion as well.
Cowan's Ford Cheesy Bread
This is the best bread I've ever had. So cheesy and crispy. It is always the same no matter when we go.
Hand Cut Premium Aged Ribeye
Steak was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and side of carrots paired nicely. Quality food and service, without having a server who was overbearing. Much appreciated.
Caesar Salad
One of the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had! My husband and I love it!
Coastal Fried Shrimp
The shrimp was amazing fried to perfection. The sauce was so good I could have made a sandwich with that alone.
Cowans Ford Cheesy Bread
This is a must have. One of our favorite things on the menu and one of the reasons we keep coming back!
